On Saturday teams compete in a league format. At the end of the day, teams are ranked based on how they have done. The top half ranked teams enter The Cup competition on Sunday, whilst the bottom half ranked teams compete in The Plate competition. On Sunday, games are played in a straight knockout format, with tied games decided on penalty kicks. Games are 15 or 20 minute halves, depending on the amount of teams competing. Usually you will play 3 or 4 games on Saturday. As Sunday is a knockout competition, you will play a maximum of 3 and a minimum of 1!
WOMENS 6-a-side
Structured in a similar fashion to the mens tournament, but the pitches and goals are half-sized.
